The Aluminum Die Casting Hanger of Prototype is a part applied to Hanger system, with the purpose to make the stability, the comfort, the safety of driving best. Usually the proto die is much cheaper, but can only run hundreds or thousands of shots, then the mold will happen to be crack, because the material used on proto die usually to be #45 steel.

For this prototype parts, the qty in need for test is small, so after die casting, the part will require handwork, such as the degating, the removal of flash, the polishing, the deburring with pneumatic file etc.
