High Precision CNC Machining Medical Mounting Bracket, this part is a assembly part of Medical Machine, the body of the part is produced by high pressure die casting, the carried die casting criterion for this part is Grade GB-CT4, the part is made up of 5 parts, a M8*1.25 nut, a half-height Jam nut, a spring pin, the aluminum mounting head, and the threaded M8*1.25 rod of 140 millimeter length. 


For this product, we need to focus on Crackle

Features: the alloy matrix on the casting is broken or broken to form a thin slit, there are two kinds of penetration and non penetration, there is a trend of development.
Cracks can be divided into two types: cold crack and hot crack. The main difference is that the metal is not oxidized at the crack of the cold crack, and the metal is oxidized at the crack of the hot crack.


Causes
1, the casting structure is unreasonable, shrinkage is hindered, casting fillet is too small.
2, the core pulling and ejection device skewed in the work, uneven force.
3, low mold temperature.
4, mold opening and core pulling time is too late.
5, the alloy improper or harmful impurities are too high, so that the plasticity of the alloy drops. Zinc alloy: lead, tin, cadmium, iron, high aluminum alloy: zinc, copper, iron high copper alloy: zinc, silicon, high magnesium alloy: aluminum, silicon, iron on the high side


Exclusion measures
1, improve the casting structure, reduce the wall thickness difference, increase casting fillet.
2. Modify the die structure.
3, improve the mold working temperature.
4. Shorten the opening and core pulling time.
5. Strictly control harmful impurities, adjust alloy composition, comply with alloy smelting specification or re select alloy grade.

By the way, prior to the electrodepostion coating, the part will require tumbling as the pre-treatment.  This additional process will not only make the part appearance more smooth and beautiful, but also can enhance the mechanical property of the part, as well as the adhesion for e-coating.
